ABSTRACT
Even after completion of conventional treatment, breast cancer survivors continue to exhibit a variety psychological and physical symptoms, affecting their quality life. The study aimed investigate the relationship between socio-demography, medical characteristics health-related life (HR-QOL) sample in Malaysia.This pilot cross-sectional survey was conducted among (n=40) who were members Breast Cancer Support Group Centre Johor Bahru. A validated self-administered questionnaire used identify relationships HR-QOL participants.Living with family treatment significant predictive factors self-rated QOL, while living ever giving birth significantly predicted satisfaction health health. Psychological had moderate correlations number children early stage. Survivors' higher personal income (>MYR4,500) only predictor social relationship, age, more than MYR4,500 environment domain score.The findings suggested coped better all four domains if they married, lived family, employed.
