ABSTRACT
Fulfilling the required prerequisites for acquisitive prescription (usucaption) such as uninterrupted possession and lapse of time results in acquisition ownership. Both, stage examining case respect fulfilling well adjudicating court proceedings, contemporary archive urveying photogrammetric evidence plays a vital role. There are situations when socalled “acquisitive map”, prepared by licensed land surveyor, showing area being subject petition state cadastral boundaries day acquiring ownership right, is necessary. The aim this paper analysis applicability present archival aerial photos, maps, especially orthophotomaps other documents gathered geodetic cartographic resource proof holding an immovable, justifying data right scope possession. In fact, combined all above-mentioned accessible given gives complete information about property its entirety or part matter proceedings ascertaining real prescription. Moreover, publication describes some problems encountered professional practice experts during preparation cquisitive maps.
