Fulfilling the required prerequisites for acquisitive prescription (usucaption) such as uninterrupted possession and lapse of time results in acquisition ownership. Both, stage examining case respect fulfilling well adjudicating court proceedings, contemporary archive urveying photogrammetric evidence plays a vital role.
