ABSTRACT
Five kinds of organic quantum well structured light-emitting devices are fabricated, and their electrical characteristics studied. The effects period number barrier thickness on device performance analyzed. Experimental results show that appropriate cycle have higher brightness current efficiency than the traditional three-layer devices. That is because limitation effect structure electrons holes,and this kind could improve composite probability excitons in layer,thereby increasing OLED. There also an when potential layer changed.
