ABSTRACT
To investigate the exprassion of WT1 gene in patients with adult acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and its clinical significance.Sixty-three newly diagnosed were selected. Quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect expression 63 AML 20 non-AML controls.WT1 highly expressed patents low-risk group significantly lower than that middle-risk high-risk (P<0.05), no significant difference between observed. In patients, remission non-remission after treatment (P<0.05). The first treated second induction therapy. After therapy, decreased (P<0.05) comparison still non-remission. There a negative correlation 2-year overall survival rate middle patients. The detection can help divide into low-/middle-/high-risk groups evaluate therapeutic response prognosis patients.
