ABSTRACT
Using the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data and daily precipitation of 237 meteorological stations in Northeast China (NEC), characteristics summer anomalies 2019 are investigated, possible influence mechanism is also preliminarily discussed. Our statistical result shows that overall NEC (∼ 448.3 mm) was remarkably higher than normal years (from 1981 to 2018, with climate mean 358.0 mm), which positive anomaly percentages Heilongjiang Province Songhua River basin were approximately 53% 40%, respectively. The unusually high largest since year 1961. During period time, 500 hPa geopotential height field distributed a “.- .+ .-” pattern from west east northern latitudes, region fully controlled by significant negative field; western Pacific subtropical at low latitudes significantly larger, stronger more westerly normal, ridge position southerly, conducive northward advance monsoon transport water vapour NEC. Furthermore, extremely active northeast cold vortex typhoon dominant reasons for abnormally increased over
