Among several models for microswimmers, the three-sphere microswimmer proposed by Najafi and Golestanian captures essential mechanism locomotion of a in viscous fluid. Owing to its simplicity flexibility, original model has been extended generalized various ways discuss new swimming mechanisms microswimmers.
