ABSTRACT
We report the magnetoresistance of high-quality single crystals UTe 2 with T c = 2.1 K in high magnetic fields up to 36 T, field direction between b and c-axes.From angular dependence upper critical H c2 , we found that field-reentrant superconducting phase near ∥ b-axis extends a angle (θ ∼ 24 deg) from c-axis, where another begins appear above metamagnetic transition field, m .Our results suggest superconductivity below is closely related when tilted toward c-axis.Superconductivity appears be robust maintained perpendicular magnetization easy axis, implying fluctuations boosting may persist. At first glance, these findings resemble (reinforced) observed ferromagnetic superconductors URhGe UCoGe, Ising-type play crucial role. However, are more complex. The contrasts initial slope revealing anisotropic response fluctuations. Thanks samples, quantum oscillations were detected for directions close c-axis using (Shubnikov-de Haas effect) torque (de Haas-van Alphen measurements. The frequencies good agreement those previously field-modulation technique, confirming quasi-two dimensional Fermi surfaces.
