ABSTRACT
Information security has become increasingly challenging as a result of massive advancements in information and communication technologies. Due to the necessity exchanging private open nature network, there is an increased risk various types attacks. Consequently, data essential component communication. One most effective methods used achieve secrecy steganography. This method hides within cover object without raising suspicion. The level improved when two steganography are combined. approach known multilevel steganography, which sensitive objects order provide two-level system. Accordingly, we developed technique that focuses on protecting while also being robust new uses multi-layer mechanism by using DNA sequences images carriers for data. intends hide secret messages substation algorithm, then fake embedded image utilizing discrete cosine transform (DCT) method. Eventually, stego sent intended recipient. Different with different sizes lengths were during experiments. results show proposed resistant histogram chi-square maximum mean value observed was 0.05, means histograms original nearly identical, does not raise any suspicion regarding existence information. In addition, imperceptibility ratios good, highest PSNR MSE values 0.078 72.2, respectively. Finally, PNG BMP excellent results. On other hand, JPG failed meet expected ratio security.
