Factors related to job burnout among older nurses in Guizhou province, China

ABSTRACT
The nursing workforce shortage has long been a global concern, and with the aging of nurses, this problem become more prominent. Nursing is recognized as high-stress occupation, nurses experience high levels job burnout, which reduces their professional identity. Older are an indispensable talent force for teams extremely important stability improvement in quality. Exploring mental health influencing factors older very beneficial development nurse patients' clinical outcomes.This study aimed to investigate level burnout its among Guizhou Province, China confirm correlations identity stress level.From July August 2019, 520 registered aged over 40 years were surveyed through Questionnaire Star platform. questionnaire contained following four parts: general information questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), scale, stressors scale.The results showed that score was 55.44 ± 18.62, moderate. positively correlated negatively identity, influenced by various personal social factors.This not only revealed still at moderate level, but also current status China.
