ABSTRACT
NDR1/HIN1-like (NHL) family genes are known to be involved in pathogen induced plant responses biotic stress. Even though the NHL have been identified and characterized defense some plants, roles of these associated with abiotic stress tolerance wild soybean is not fully established yet, especially response alkaline stress. We potential by using Hidden Markov model genome. The maximum-likelihood phylogenetic tree conserved motifs were generated MEME online server MEGA 7.0 software, respectively. Furthermore, syntenic analysis was Circos-0.69. Then we used PlantCARE software predict analyze regulatory cis-acting elements promoter regions. Hierarchical clustering trees TM4: MeV4.9 software. Additionally, expression levels under stress, ABA MEJA treatment qRT-PCR.In this study, 59 soybean. We that could mainly classified into five groups as well exist motifs. Syntenic revealed location on 18 chromosomes presence 65 pairs duplication genes. Moreover, consisted a variety putative hormone-related responsive elements, where numbers methyl jasmonate (MeJA) abscisic acid (ABA) significantly larger than other elements. confirmed treatment. In conclusion, provided valuable information genes, foundation further explore crosstalk MeJA or signal transduction mechanisms
