ABSTRACT
Cervical cancer is the fourth most common in women worldwide with human papillomavirus (HPV) being main cause disease. Chromosomal amplifications have been identified as a source of upregulation for cervical driver genes but cannot fully explain increased expression immune invasive carcinoma. Insight into additional factors that may tip balance from tolerance HPV to elimination virus lead better diagnosis markers. We investigated whether microbiota affect molecular pathways carcinogenesis by performing microbiome analysis via sequencing 16S rRNA tumor biopsies 121 patients. While we detected large number intra-tumor taxa (289 operational taxonomic units (OTUs)), focused on 38 abundantly represented microbes. To search microbes and host potentially involved interaction, reconstructed transkingdom network integrating previously discovered gene our bacterial co-abundance employed bipartite betweenness centrality. The top ranked were families Bacillaceae , Halobacteriaceae Prevotellaceae . could not define first two species level, was assigned Prevotella bivia By co-culturing cell line P. confirmed three out ten predicted (lysosomal associated membrane protein 3 (LAMP3), STAT1, TAP1), all regulators immunological pathways, upregulated this microorganism. Therefore, propose contribute through induction response drivers, including well-known LAMP3.
