ABSTRACT
This study analyzed the clinical features and prognosis of basaloid squamous cell carcinoma lung (BSC), constructed a nomogram to predict prognoses patients. The information pure BSC patients was obtained in Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results database between 2004 2015. Then, it evaluated, compared with data (SCC), large (LCC) adenocarcinoma (LAC) patients. Subsequently, we used univariate multivariate analyses investigate independent factors related verify prognoses.A total 425 diagnosed were enrolled. Compared SCC, LCC LAC, mean survival time better than all them. there significant differences characteristics grade (P < 0.001), stage T N M surgery radiotherapy chemotherapy while also had significantly different from LAC. Univariate showed that age = 0.009), 0.001) prognostic BSC. The undergoing lobectomy sublobar resection, an OR 0.389 (0.263-0.578). We C-index 0.750 (95% confidence interval) based on results analysis. calibration curves scores indicated could accurately patients.BSC unique features. stage, age, independently associated overall (OS). Lobectomy relative ideal choice for effectively predicted OS at 1-, 3-, 5-years.
