ABSTRACT
Human intracellular chloride channel 3 (CLIC3) is involved in the development of various cancers, but expression and prognostic value CLIC3 mRNA bladder cancer (BC) remain unclear. The gene data clinical information were obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database verified Oncomine The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. BC tissues adjacent normal was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Kaplan-Meier method used to analyze relationship between prognosis BC. Cox univariate multivariate analyses performed on overall survival tumor-specific patients. genes coexpressed with analyzed Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG).
