ABSTRACT
A high percentage of oncological patients die yearly because colorectal cancer (CRC). Worldwide, CRC represents the fourth leading cause death among patients. Numerous studies have been conducted in order to identify new biomarkers for early diagnosis with CRC. From this point view, an ideal biomarker is represented by expression microRNAs. In paper, we wish summarize expressions microRNAs and present pathophysiological genetic interactions that protein systems these patients. For looked into available scientific databases such as PubMed. For search following keywords used: "miRNAs expression", "colorectal cancer", "genetic polymorphisms CRC", CRC".Modifying can be used successfully both diagnosing their response chemotherapy. shown specificity certain microRNA species case An extraordinary advantage non-invasive sampling from urine blood.
