ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study aims to examine the impact Self-efficacy on Innovative Work Behavior for Teachers in Taiwan. randomly stratified sampling method is used select 546 secondary school teachers from 20 public/private schools northern region data analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis. First, results indicate that out three important ranking at Teachers' self-efficacy, two are towards Guiding Groups-related, one Using Innovations. However, domains well-performance as well Behavior. also there a strong positive relationship between (TSE) (IWB). no statistical innovations IWB's all scales. with higher self-efficacy have shown better work innovative behavior. TSE significant contributing factor IWB. Several recommendations made study.
