ABSTRACT
Lymphoma is a rare malignancy of the breast, comprising approximately 0.04 to 0.5% breast malignancies. Because clinical findings lymphoma are nonspecific and similar those carcinoma, it important distinguish from other disease on basis radiologic findings. Elastography an interesting imaging tool that reflects tissue stiffness, increasingly being used in evaluation tumours. However, only limited number studies have focused elastographic lymphoma. In this report, we review characteristics primary including feature. A 57-year-old woman presented with painless palpable mass left breast. Ultrasonography revealed irregular-shaped complex cystic solid increased vascularity upper outer On shear wave elastography, was relatively stiff maximum elasticity value (Emax) 100.5 kilopascal (kPa). The confirmed as diffuse large B-cell by US-guided core needle biopsy.
