ABSTRACT
Objectives This study was performed to evaluate the diagnostic utility of quantitative analysis benign and malignant breast lesions using contrast‐enhanced sonography. Methods Contrast‐enhanced sonography perflubutane‐based contrast agent Sonazoid (Daiichi Sankyo, Tokyo, Japan) in 94 pathologically proven palpable mass lesions, which could be depicted with B‐mode Quantitative analyses time‐intensity curve on were 5 region interest (ROI) types (manually traced ROI circular ROIs 5, 10, 15, 20 mm diameter). The peak signal intensity, initial slope, time peak, positive enhancement integral, wash‐out ratio investigated each ROI. Results There significant differences between ( P < .05), slope .001), integral .05) for manual Significant found 5‐mm ROI; 10‐mm absolute values intensity .01), .005) 15‐mm 20‐mm no statistically any types. Conclusions Kinetic is useful differentiation lesions.
