ABSTRACT
When your company buys packaged software, the needs to determine how many software licenses must be purchased. If quantity is too small, it will not enough for users access programs at anytime within company. Conversely, if large, they waste a lot of money. In this paper, we surveyed several number researchers K institute and derived using pattern specific software. We estimated proper by Erlang Loss Function, Engset Model, simulation model. With results three methodologies, were able empirically verify economic benefits purchase comparing NPV (Net Present Value) between user network licenses. Consequently, TCO much higher than that had probabilistically calculated based on users. Hence, paper useful decision makers who are going package software's type from an perspective.
