ABSTRACT
Sustainable social and economic processes of the recent decades are characterized by emergence new phenomenon known as precarity its accompanying class precariat.The precariat a or community is primarily associated with factor instability insecurity workers flexible employment.This paper studies on labor market for socially-oriented professions in three Russian metropolitan areas: Moscow, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don.The searches causes based upon analysis public sector, reformers' rhetoric reflection discourses main actors about goals direction reforms.Sociallyoriented creation benefits, which very little markets most cases belong to mixed goods.Our findings suggest that reforms education healthcare spheres accompanied large-scale institutional changes resulted bureaucratization, orientation toward achieving performance indicators not related professional values, stagnation incomes, inequality between regions, trajectories.We conclude reducing prestige professions, material well-being, along instability, become factors precarity.
