New global confi gurations produce different modifi cations on work, routine and information management procedures.The home-offi ce, work made from home, is among new strategies that arose in 1970's, which achieved greater prominence recent years.This paper aims to understand aspects of psychosocial variables surrounding 74 professionals (M= 38.2 e SD= 8.8) reported or have worked ce.Participants answered an online questionnaire with open closed questions, responses were analyzed content analysis frequency.Results show 62 participants ce at the moment research, being main advantage this model fl exibility hours most recurrent disadvantage was lack socialization.Participants cited problems professional personal terms, such as implications for health family life
