リンパ管腫は小児期に発生することが多いが，成人になり腹部に発生した報告もみられる．われわれは，妊娠出産後に発症した腸間膜リンパ管腫を診断し，腹腔鏡下に摘出できたので報告する．症例は，37歳・女性，第1子を帝王切開で出産した．産後1カ月腹部膨満感に気づき，腹腔内に嚢胞状病変が指摘された．腹部CT・エコー・PET/CTなどで，リンパ管腫を疑った．悪性所見は認めなかったため，腹腔鏡下に切除した．嚢胞は周囲組織との浸潤・癒着も少なくポートから摘出した．内容は乳糜様で，病理組織はcystic lymphangiomaであった．本疾患に対する腹腔鏡下手術は低侵襲で整容性にも優れ，積極的に試みて良い治療法と思われる．

We describe a successful simultaneous laparoscopic treatment of gallstone and gastric colonic neoplasms. The patient was 72-year-old man with epigastric discomfort.
