This paper analyses the practice of publishing research data within Max Planck Society in year 2020. The central finding study is that up to 40\% empirical text publications had available. aggregation available predominantly analysed. There are differences between sections but they not as great one might expect. In case journals, it also apparent a policy can increase availability related textual publications. Finally, we found statement on "upon (reasonable) request" does work.
