Two hindered phenol antioxidants, HPAP-COOH and HPAP-HA for polyamide, were synthesized by bonding aromatic carboxylic acids amides to phenols. The antioxidant effect of the two antioxidants in PA6 was studied thermal oxidative aging. results showed that had good effects, especially HPAP-COOH. Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) is a promising biodegradable plastic, but its flammability limits application. In this work, phenylmaleimide bridged phosphaphenanthrene derivatives (DHD) containing bisphosphaphenanthrene and groups was synthesized flame retardant PLA composites were prepared.
