316L stainless steel was vacuum diffusion bonded under the stress of 10 MPa, temperature ranged as 900 °C ~ 1100 and holding time varied 45 90 min. The joint microstructures were examined. Tensile test Charpy impact performed. bonding interface showed 'Y' intersection or boundary migration (i.e., bulging migration) effected by energy balance strain inhomogeneity. toughness increased linearly with grain ratio. Increasing size increasing further distorted that crack propagation resistance....
This study focuses on the performance of bearings under different structural parameters and operating conditions. A four-point contact ball bearing model is constructed using a comparative calculation method to analyze effects inner ring speed, number balls, external axial load variables. The mechanism changes revealed, influence conditions dynamic characteristics clarified. research results can provide guidance for rational design certain extent, enabling them achieve optimal performance....
