Cases of epithelioid hemangioendothelioma with WWTR1::CAMTA1 fusion can show rhabdoid cytomorphology. Lack intracytoplasmic luminal spaces, marked cytomorphology, and variability in the expression vascular markers makes diagnosis EHE challenging. Therefore, a high level suspicion ancillary studies (immunohistochemistry next generation sequencing) help reach definitive these cases.

Objective To identify differences in 3‐year overall survival (OS) and disease‐free (DFS) based on race patients with tonsillar squamous cell carcinoma. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 80 carcinoma of the tonsil treated between 2006 2015. Overall DFS curves comparing white black were generated using Kaplan‐Meier method. Cox regression was used to determine covariables associated OS DFS. Results Forty‐one percent this cohort 59% white. Three‐year for 45.5% versus 88.1% ( P = 0.003). 41.1%...

It includes neoplasms for which a diagnosis specific entity cannot be made and, more importantly, carcinoma entirely excluded. For risk stratification, subcategorization SUMP based on predominant cell type is recommended.
