ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the feasibility of endoscopic-assisted resection congenital first and second branchial cleft malformations in children via external fistula incision approach. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 20 with who were admitted to Department Otolaryngology Head Neck Surgery Hu'nan Children's Hospital from January 2020 2024 whose families voluntarily consented endoscopic surgery. Clinical data collected. There 12 males 8 females, aged 10 months years. The surgical methods experiences approach summarized. During 12-month follow-up, recurrence tubeswas observed, recovery good. Conclusion:Congenital fistulas are rare, is preferred treatment method. offers clear field, an ideal cosmetic effect, satisfactory curative effect.
