ABSTRACT
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) play an important role in cancer development by sponging microRNAs (miRNAs) to regulate the signaling axis. However, more comprehensive mechanisms of circRNAs glioblastoma need be elucidated. RT-qPCR was used detect expression levels circRNA-SMO and miR-326. Dual-luciferase reporter assays were conducted verify interaction among circRNA-SMO, miR-326, CEP85. Flow cytometric analysis performed apoptosis. Western blotting determine protein different molecules. Animal xenograft experiments evaluate vivo. CircRNA-SMO upregulated tissues cells. downregulation inhibited viability colony-forming ability In addition, miR-326 downregulated cells, which verified sponge interact with Moreover, inhibition induced elevation apoptosis, accompanied a decrease knockdown-mediated tumor prevented inhibitor. Furthermore, growth vivo, increase decline CEP85 tissues. Conclusions. sponges promote proliferation migration upregulating expression. This study clarified glioblastoma, providing novel insights for its treatment.
