Ozet Bu derlemede; kirik iyilesmesinin biyolojisi, iyilesmesinde nasil bir mekaniksel ve biyolojik ortamin mevcut oklugu, eksternal uyanlarin kemik iyilesmesini etkiledigi, sonuc olarak butun bu iyilesme teorilerinin uyarilarin kiriklarin fiksasyonla sagaltimlarindaki etkileri tartisilmaktadir.
