ABSTRACT
It is well established that gender strongly influences cardiovascular risk factors, playing a crucial role in prevention, clinical pathways, diagnostic approach and treatment. Beyond the sex, which biological factor, entails socio-cultural condition impacts access quality of care due to structural institutional barriers. However, despite its great importance, this issue has not been adequately covered. Indeed sex differences scarcely impact approach, creating lot disparities outcomes patients.
