ABSTRACT
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) frequently relapses after initial treatment, though it is possible that drug resistance occurs. Hence, seems necessary to develop novel therapies such as gene therapy specifically via miRNA transfection. MicroRNA-101 has been considered a tumor suppressor in different types of cancer. It demonstrated exogenous miR-101 transfection associated with decreased viability AML this paper. Besides, the increase pro-apoptotic protein BIM expression both mRNA and level illustrated. The recent findings provide an insight into function by activating important mediator intrinsic apoptosis pathways. Generally, therapeutic target our data might have valuable role AML.
