ABSTRACT
Cytokines - family of polypeptide molecules, that are produced by tissue cells and regulate embryogenesis, some normal physiological functions, defense reactions to pathogens, several pathological processes including immunopathology, carcinogenesis, heart vascular pathology, etc. Different experiments led conclusion in case hyperproduction cytokines instead factors can become the mediators pathology. During infections elevated cytokine synthesis followed with inflammation depends on pathogen associated molecular patterns binding pattern recognition innate immunity receptors. In non-infectious diseases like autoimmune, allergic, other immunopathologic conditions also induce inflammatory changes. autoinflammatory metabolic syndrome is due endogenous danger molecules both cases organ changes following development human disease clinical symptoms. Scientific studies this field so called theory diseases, according which main reason for pathology development. Due there two principal variants usage practice: therapy when recombinant used cure deficiency or their changed balance; anticytokine inhibition hyper cytokines.
