ABSTRACT
Lipomas are most commonly encountered benign tumors in surgical pathology. Angiolipoma is a rare vascular variant of the lipomatous and generally seen subcutaneous tissues. Angiolipomas usually found upper extremities, shoulder back. They occur as painful soft tissue masses may compress neighbouring structures (e.g., nerves) depending on their size location. We report 40-year-old female with swelling her forearm from past four years. Clinical examination showed firm, mobile, nontender mass approximately 10 x 3 cm anterolateral aspect right forearm. was confirmed histopathologic evaluation. The diagnosis based both clinical histologic characteristics. treatment excision.
