ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the protective effect of Salvianolic acid B on isolated lung in rats.Method Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and experimental (n =12 each). The control was perfused with raffinose-low potassium dextran (R-LPD),and that R-LPD 800 mg/L B.The model established all these rats.Wet/dry weight ratio (W/D),myeloperoxidase (MPO),malondialdehyde (MDA) superoxide dismutase (SOD) measured, and pulmonary structures observed by HE staining at different preservative periods 6,9,12 24 h after infusion.Result Intragroup comparison made both groups:all parameters had no statistically significant difference before 12 h.However,W/D,MPO,MDA,and SOD higher than those (P<0.01).The result interclass showed 6,9 preservation, all two groups difference.However,W/D,MDA MPO lower, and preservation (P<0.05).Moreover,before preservation, the did not show inflammatory injury, only manifested slight reaction histologically.Destructive structure, alveolar interstitial edema damage seen more clearly group. Conclusion The perfusion apparent superiority h.However, after h,it could ensure quality prolong time donor lungs effectively.Salvianolic might play an important role protection.
