ABSTRACT
Objective
To explore sensitive indicators for the initiation, development, and metastasis of gastric cancer to provide objective evidence early diagnosis, treatment, progression monitoring cancer.
Methods
A total 108 patients with were enrolled in this study. The expression interleukin receptor 1(CXCR1)in samples from adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry patient clinical data collected correlation analysis.Logistic regression analysis 5-year survival rate conducted.
Results
The positive CXCR1 neoplasm significantly higher than that tissues.Nevertheless, correlated tumor differentiation (P=0.017), TNM staging (P=0.006), existence lymphatic (P=0.035). The overall (P=0.043) recurrence-free (P=0.029) lower those negative CXCR1.
Conclusions
CXCR1 levels increase are associated differentiation, staging, metastasis.Positive is poor prognosis has potential serve as one prognostic indicators.
