ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the safety of application biological artificial dura mater in large decompressive craniectomy for treatment craniocerebral trauma. Methods The incidence complications (intracranial infection, cerebrospinal fluid leak, epilepsy, etc.) and foreign - body reaction after surgery experimental group (330 cases ) was compared with that control (222 cases). Results intracranial leak, epilepsy or other significantly lower than group, while there no statistically significant difference between two groups terms reaction. Conclusion It is safe feasible to use trauma craniotomy relaxation suture repair defects.
