ABSTRACT
Objective To comparative analyze the influence factors of short-term (6 months) and long-term (10 years) prognosis in patients with HBV-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF), to provide some reference values on clinic therapy follow-up management. Methods The data 524 hospitalized ACLF from January 2001 December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. The termination time was 2013. Patients all given internal medical therapy, antiviral nucleoside nucleotide analogs (NAs) (yes/no) plasma exchange artificial support system according patient′s informed choice. method Cox regression analysis used prognostic ACLF. Results The MELD scores, ages, percentage neutrophils, hepatic encephalopathy, whether apply NAs or not, HBV DNA levels, times system, cholinesterase levels total bilirubin turn (P<0.05). concomitant infection, white blood cell counts, gender encephalopathy (P<0.05), a time-dependent independent factor. Conclusions There are differences between ACLF. We should give NAs, measures improve function, preventions treatments infection other complications early-stage managements. And we also treatment system. Key words: Hepatitis B virus; Acute-on-chronic failure; Prognosis; Regression
