ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using ultrasound-mediated destruction microbubbles (US+ MB) to enhance transplantation endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) confer chronic allograft vasculopathy (CAV). Methods Bone marrow derived mononuclear cells were isolated and induced in vitro. The abdominal aorta was performed. Four groups divided: control group without treatment (group A), injection with saline B), EPCs C), D MB+ EPCs) injected US applied MB prior infusion. All rats killed during 8 weeks after enable histological examination; SDF-1α expression detected by immunohistochemistry, TNF-α grafted aortas RT-PCR. Results When transplantation, there a significant improvement aortic intima Group compared B C, respectively (P<0.05). In addition, significantly increased reduced aortas. Conclusions US-mediated into can improves effectiveness repair delay progress CAV. Key words: Sonication; Microbubbles; Endothelial cells; Chronic
