ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the correlation and clinical application of turbidimetric inhibition immunoassay (TINIA) ion-exchange high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for detecting glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlC).Methods According to criteria on NCCLS,experiments precision, linearity, method comparison, and bias were conducted. The results analyzed by regression equation t test. Results The concentration HbAlc at a range 3.9%-15.2% had good repeatability linearity TINIA or HPLC.Bias analysis showed HPLC negative as was higher level, and positive lower level. The data in two groups no statistical significance method comparison (P>0.05).The with result determination Y axis that X revealed y =0.7857x +1.264 r =0.89,being positively related. Conclusions Through methodological evaluation, these methods determining HbAlC precision linear meets requirement, with comparable results.HPLC,which has better repeatability,is more suitable monitoring treatment diabetes mellitus.
