Diagnostic value of ultrasonography in thyroid nodules

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosing benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods The data 60 patients with 81 nodules were retrospectively observed analyzed,including size,shape,border,echoes,crocalcification blood signal.Results ultrasound findings ill-defined edge,irregular shape,A/T ≥ 1,hypoechogenicity,microcalcification rich flow.Conclusion plays an important role nodules.
