Effect of idebenone in the treatment of epilepsy complicating by mild cognitive impairment

Objective To observe the effect of idebenone in treatment epilepsy complicating by mild cognitive impairment.

Methods 45 patients with and impairment were randomly divided into observation group (n=25) control (n=20). The was treated oral sodium valproate sustained release tablets, tablets tablets. MoCA performed to evaluate function all both groups before 3 months after treatment.

Results The total score scores each sub-item MOCA scale significantly higher than those (P 0.05).

Conclusion In impairment, combined routine antiepileptic drugs can improve patients, which is effective safe, worthy clinic application.
