ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the opportunity and skill of surgery for pancreatic sinistral portal hypertension.
Methods
Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed on 15 cases hypertension admitted from Dec 2015 to 2017.
Results
All fiften underwent surgical treatment, among them three initially treated conservatively in early stage surgically gastrointestinal bleeding, 12 with definite disease first stage. Three patients second recurrent bleeding. The followed up 6 18 months symptoms significantly improved without deaths.
Conclusions
Splenectomy combined esophagogastric devascularization is basic treatment hypertension.
