ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the differential expression levels of ELOVL6 mRNA and protein in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) patients with GA control population, clarify relationship between gene pathological mechanisms disease.
Methods
① Two hundreds seventy-four GA(158 AGA, 116 NAGA) 112 healthy controls (HC) were enrolled into study. The clinical data primary gouty arthritis collected. PBMCs isolated from vitro. ② expressions measured by Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) Western blot (WB) PBMCs, differences 3 groups compared. Pearson's correlation analysis was used to evaluate index which detected. One-way variance (ANOVA)and for statistical conalysis.
Results
① level reduced group (0.001 6±0.000 6) (P<0.01), AGA 3±0.000 7)<NAGA (0.002 0±0.001 5) (P<0.01); consequently, also lower (P<0.01). Negative detected SR (P<0.05) group; positive TC, Insulin found (r=0.38, 0.187; P<0.05).
Conclusion
Altered may take part pathogenesis through immune, inflammatory metabolic mechan-isms.
