ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the clinical significance of fms-like tyrosine kinase3(FLT3) expression in evaluation prognosis acute myeloid leukemia(AML) prognosis. Methods 50 patients with AML were selected.AML normal karyotype 20 cases, the abnormal 30 cases.3ml bone marrow before themotherapy was aspirated respectively, and FLT3 gene leukemia cells detected polyenzyme chain react(PCR).Results The rate 5.0%,and 26.7% karyotype,33.3% refractory-relapse,and 4.5% continue remission. The related high percentage and blood count peripheral blood, and not Franch America British(FAB) classification. The free-disease survival(FDS) overall survived(OS) shorter than that no patients. There a statistical between former latter( x2 =4.17,P <0.05 ).Conclusion kind worse factor prognosis, and could guide individual treatment AML.
