Prevention and treatment of fat liquefaction in gynecological obese patients after abdominal incision

Objective To explore the best fat liquefaction prevention measures for gynecological obese patients with abdominal incision.Methods 84 incision were divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(38 cases),according to negative pressure attract ball placed or not in subcutaneous layer during operation.Patients both groups taken physiotherapy.Results The rate of group was 8.7％,which lower than that group(26.3％)(x2=4.65,P＜0.05).Conclusion It is very important keep dry,smooth drainage and treatment after incision.
