ABSTRACT
Objective
To study the clinical effect of tacrolimus combined with small dose prednisolone in treatment IgA nephropathy.
Methods
84 cases nephropathy were randomly divided into group and control accordance digital table method.The was given simple hormone treatment, while treated prednisolone.The efficacy safety compared between two groups.
Results
The effective rate (100.00%) complete remission (73.81%) significantly higher than those (76.19%, 23.81%), differences statistically significant (χ2=21.01, 11.35, P 0.05). When patients lighter (Lee's Ⅱ level), team for response group, difference (χ2=5.01, The incidence adverse reactions (19.05%) not different from that (16.67%)(χ2=0.08, P>0.05).
Conclusion
Tacrolimus has high value, it can reduce level 24h nephropathy, reactions.
