ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic scar excision for cesarean pregnancy(CSP) and its on serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG).
Methods
From January 2017 to 2019, 83 patients with endogenous CSP admitted People's Hospital Wenzhou were divided into observation group(43 cases) control group(40 according different surgical methods. The group underwent lesion resection, while uterine artery embolization. The success rate, intraoperative bleeding volume, vaginal time hospitalization time, postoperative complications recovery blood β-HCG compared between two groups.
Results
The rate operation in was 97.67%(42/43), which higher than that group[82.50%(33/40)](χ2=3.875, P 0.05). The group[(19.54±3.52)d]was shorter group[(28.73±6.57)d](t=8.020, P<0.05). total satisfaction 77.50%(31/40) group(χ2=6.170, P<0.05).
Conclusion
Hysteroscopy-assisted is effective treatment CSP, can shorten β-HCG.
