ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the level and influencing factors of caregivers' burden among primary caregivers elderly stroke patients.
Methods
Totally 298 patients were investigated with Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS) Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ). The Modified Barthel Index (MBI).
Results
The was in mild a total score 35.21±11.45. number days care, daily caring hours, hospital anxiety depression score, coping style ability to perform ADL.
Conclusions
The have burden. nurses should be synchronized assess health at same time, understand burden, provide specific care advice, order reduce their carer, so as improve quality patients' life.
