目的 通过对某铁矿井下作业场所职业危害因素的检测,了解该矿井下作业职业病危害现状,提出相应的控制措施.方法 根据生产工艺流程确定大孔凿岩、中孔凿岩、小孔凿岩、电铲回采、粗破碎(操作室内)、粗破碎(操作室外)6个作业面和餐厅为监测点,测定各作业点气温、相对湿度、气压及风速;用长时间采样方法采集粉尘样品,滤膜质量法测定粉尘总浓度;焦磷酸质量法测定粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量;测定环境中的噪声强度和个体噪声接触强度,对噪声强度严重超标的作业点进行了噪声频谱分析;测定振动强度及空气中的NO、Cl2、NO2、SO2、HCN、NH3、H2S水平.结果 (1)井下存在湿度高、通风不良的工作环境;(2)粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量为10.54%~16.05%,电铲回采作业面粉尘浓度超出国家标准0.6倍,小孔凿岩和大孔凿岩作业面粉尘浓度处于临界水平;(3)大孔凿岩、中孔凿岩和小孔凿岩作业面噪声强度均超标,8 h等效声级(LAeq)分别为102.2、91.0和97.0...
