Application of chain management in education among hypertensive patients of the community

ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the effect of chain management on education among hypertensive patients community.
Methods
A total 144 cases hypertension in community were selected as research objects, they divided into control group(72 cases, from February to July 2015) and countryside group (72 September 2015 2016).The was given routine education, received with management. The treatment compliance blood pressure values compared between two groups before after intervention.
Results
The score behavior drug compliance, adverse drug, self life cigarettes-alcohol addiction intervention (20.32±4.41), (34.62±5.08), (41.27±3.54), (10.02±1.79) points, while (13.41±3.07), (26.23±5.12), (39.78±2.47), (7.94±1.83) points group. And scores significantly higher than those (t =2.930-9.864, P 0.05). systolic pressure, diastolic mean arterial (129.63±8.07), (80.12±7.62), (87.43±9.35) mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), (135.42±8.13), (87.56±7.79), (99.31±8.72) mmHg group, there significant differences(t=4.295, 3.800, 9.201, P<0.01).
Conclusions
The mode can effectively improve patients, patients.
