ABSTRACT
Objective To compare the effect of vinegar or soy sauce at various concentrations and different time on infectivity reproductive capability Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae.Methods 84 Kunming mice were fed with larvae in meat that soaked vinegar(3.5 g/100 ml,4.5 ml,6 ml) (0.4 ml,0.7 ml,1.0 saline,with for time(3,6,12 h).The infected killed after 7 days 30 intestinal adult worms,muscle capacity index (RCI) observed counted.Results The worms 150,110,80,respectively RCIs 85.87,52.00,29.33respectively treated by 3,6,12 h; 120,90,50,respectively 72.53,52.53,17.33 respectively vinegar(4.5 h ; 60,40,11,respectively 52.00,12.00,8.00,respectively vinegar(6 190,140,60,respectively 65.73,45.60,24.27,respectively 120,80,20,respectively 46.67,38.27,21.33,respectively (0.7 45,30,15,respectively 43.20,18.33,9.00,respectively ( 1.0 h,lower than saline control mice( 200,180,120,respectively 96.00,60.80,48.06,respectively).The was when variance analysis.The still existed 3,6 h,vinegar(4.5 for6h,soy ml ) 6 h,the not affected after.muscle vinegar( 3.5 3 h,soy h.Conclusion decreased treatment certain certaion time.
